For feasible urgent CNC milling or turning prototypes, production can take 1–3 days. Small batches typically take 7–15 days, and production runs 15–30 days. We confirm the timing with each quote after reviewing the part, material, quantity and finish.
There is no single MOQ for every CNC part. Prototypes and small batches are possible; the practical minimum depends on setup time, material and geometry. Tell us your target quantity and we’ll quote it accordingly.
We implement strict quality control measures, including 100% inspection of critical dimensions, material testing, and in-process checks. We also offer certifications like ISO 9001 for our manufacturing processes.
Machining price depends on material, geometry, tolerances, finishing and order quantity. We quote against your drawing and can discuss design changes that may reduce cost as separate options.

Yes. We machine custom parts from your drawings or CAD models. Share the current revision, material and quantity so the quote reflects the part you need.
We machine aluminum, stainless and alloy steels, brass, copper, titanium and selected engineering plastics, including POM, nylon and PEEK. If you need another grade, we’ll check its availability and suitability for your part before quoting.
Yes. We support CNC prototypes, small batches and production orders. For a larger program, share the expected volume and delivery schedule so we can confirm capacity and the production plan before accepting the order.
For suitable features, dimensional tolerances as tight as ±0.005 mm are possible, subject to drawing and material review. We confirm the critical dimensions and inspection method for each part before production.
Yes. We can produce sample parts before a production run. If they are for approval, we agree on the drawing revision, finish and inspection criteria before machining.
We accept wire transfer (T/T), PayPal. Payment terms are discussed during contract negotiations.
Yes. We ship internationally. Share your destination with the RFQ so we can confirm the available shipping method, cost and timing for that order.
If delivered parts do not meet the agreed specification, send the part number, photos and inspection findings. We’ll investigate the issue with you and agree on the next steps. We can also discuss repeat orders and drawing revisions.
